Rangers announced as new PES 2019 partner club

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has announced it has secured a club partnership with Rangers and confirmed that the Glasgow club will be the focus of a special, limited edition club version of the game as well.

KONAMI recently announced it had secured the rights for the Scottish Premiership, and has partnered with Rangers to ensure the club is perfectly represented within PES 2019.
Rangers are a true giant of Scottish Football and have won more league titles and trebles than any other club in the world, winning the league title 54 times, the Scottish Cup 33 times and the Scottish League Cup 27 times, and achieving the treble of all three in the same season seven times.

Since their formation in 1872, Rangers has been at the forefront of Scottish football and are looking to add more silverware to their illustrious history, this season and beyond.
To celebrate the partnership, KONAMI will create a Limited Edition version of PES 2019 featuring special Rangers packaging and unique content. The run will be limited to 1000 copies, making it a must-buy for die-hard fans. Additionally, KONAMI will have a PES branded presence within the Family Stand ‘gaming zone’ area at Ibrox Stadium.

PES 2019 will be available on PlayStation®4, Xbox One™ and PC via Steam on August 28th in the Americas and August 30th globally. PES 2019 will be available in two physical editions, with new global ambassador Phillipe Coutinho on the front cover of the standard edition and David Beckham on a special edition which gives fans the opportunity to unlock myClub bonuses. There will also be a Legends edition which users can access digitally.
